Aariel appears as a towering woman with fiery red hair in gleaming golden armor with [[Angel\|angelic]] wings. She shares in his fiend-hating beliefs and delights in slaying devils. Along with Melody she was responsible for bringing the party together at Mt. Celestia, and then later confronted the party in Duumal in order to recover the Last Demon. During the invasion of the Hells, she led Gabriel's armies, besieging the Iron City of Dis. When she fights alongside Gabriel, she transforms into his sword.

			She was slain during a battle against the Hellraisers at [[the Ruby Headwaters]].

			Melody is Gabriel's meek and loyal angelic assistant. She wears a simple white blouse with a black shirt, and has short blonde hair crowned by a gleaming halo. Along with Aariel she was responsible for bringing the party together at Mt. Celestia. She handled the logistics for Gabriel's war and in battle served as his angelic choir, boosting the strength and resolve of his divine armies.
