Eventually over long years of having their every desire tended to, ones soul slowly loses the ability to derive pleasure from these activities, wasting away into an emotionless husk. These souls will throw themselves before Dalia Embervale, begging to feel the pleasure they once reveled in, and Dalia will agree to this offer, in return for these souls becoming her eternal slaves. 			The Gardens is a hotspot for power [[Archdevil\|archdevils]] and fiends from across the Hells and lower planes who frequent the gardens to enjoy its many services. Many important pacts and soul trades have been made in the gardens bars and pact houses.

			Hundreds of years in the past, the noble Genie Dalia Embervale was tricked by the lord of Dis, [[Dispater]], into making him the recipient of her three [[Wish\|wishes]]. But after making two, Dispater refrained from making a third. Without the final wish, Dalia remained trapped and bound to Dispater and was unable to leave her bottle unless summoned by the archdevil. But Dalia was eventually able to find a workaround: while she couldn't leave her bottle, there were no limitations on how big her bottle could be. She grew her bottle to immense size and opened it up to the public of Dis, officially opening the Garden of Pleasures of business and becoming a staple of the Iron City.
