Domus was a regular human for a long time. He fought against the devils and basically wherever he was pointed. During this time, he learned to protect his allies. Then one day, as he was visiting the graves of his fallen allies, he found a spear, unlike any he had seen and upon grabbing it, met a powerful entity who granted him special abilities like Eldtrich Blast.
