Despite being one of the newer lightkeepers in the circles within Newfaire, Osubogo, no one really knows much of Elias’ history with Qandela Obscura other than the fact that they used to be a field investigator who had been driven to retirement due to multiple bleed scars received from their assignments. The specifics of his scars remain a mystery as much as past members of the circle he was in. Rumors float about, but he neither confirms nor denies any of them, be it from guilt or privacy. He spends most of his time in The Fourth Pharos and rarely can be seen out and about, and if he is, he is mostly only seen in Anastasia’s teahouses rifling through stacks and stacks of papers in a secluded corner.
