Thaer is a small pocket Plane that exists on the fringes of Quelmar's cosmology. Existing outside normal reality, Thaer was only accessible by powerful forces such as The Curator.
About[edit | edit source]
Thear appeared to be a small town with 15 citizens. Just outside the town the landmass abruptly end with nothing but starry night sky as far as the eye can see. Falling into this void was apparent death to outsiders, but only a temporary set back for the citzens, as the town's patron (see below) could rescue them.
It was also the chosen home of a Purple Dragon known as Ulhm, who would also live among the humanoids as the town's doctor: Ulmer. Ulhm kept the town in a time loop stasis, but intruders to the plane could screw with the "Groundhog Day" like effect on the plane, which was detectable and considered threatening behavior to its keeper Ulhm.
Unfortunately for Ulhm, the heroes sent by The Curator were on a mission to abuse the time loop effects of Thear to duplicate and steal a special key that existed in the town. Looping through the town 3 times in a row, they duplicated the key and were chased out by Ulhm's supernatural forces.
Defenses[edit | edit source]
Having control over the time and space of the plane, Ulhm would often re-outfit its small population with incredible power, rivaling that of Death Knights, creating a small militia ready to kill or stop intruders into his happy spot.
