The Tear of Sardior is the name given to several crystals originating from Prehistory. During the reemergence of Gem Dragons in the PR era, these crystals were the first physical artifacts discovered and confirmed to carry a direct connection to Sardior, the Ruby King of Gem Dragons. It is unknown how many of these Tears were originally made but, as of 825 PR, only six were confirmed to still exist.
Properties
The Tears of Sardior are ancient artifacts given to some of the Gem Dragon Greatwyrms' most loyal followers. Each Tear acts as a housing for special boons bestowed by each of the Greatwyrms. The original recipients of the Tears are long dead, leaving the location of these magical artifacts lost…until now.

While attuned to a Tear of Sardior, you know the Draconic language. The Tear can hold a special (and exclusive) power from each of the Gem Dragon Greatwyrms. This power is permanent as long as the Tear remains attuned to the boon's recipient. If the Tear becomes unattuned, all its current powers stay with the recipient.
Powers
The powers imbued in it are dependent on the type of Gem Dragon that empowered it:
Amethyst. The gem stalker can teleport to an unoccupied space it can see within 30 feet of it.
Crystal. The gem stalker gains a number of temporary hit points equal to the damage dealt. Emerald. The target must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the next attack roll it makes before the start of the gem stalker's next turn. Sapphire. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be pushed horizontally up to 10 feet away from the gem stalker and be knocked prone. Topaz. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of the gem stalker's next turn. | |||||
