Thaer is a small pocket Plane that exists on the fringes of Quelmar's cosmology. Existing outside normal reality, Thaer was only accessible by powerful forces such as The Curator.
About
Thear appeared to be a small town with 15 citizens. Just outside the town the landmass abruptly end with nothing but starry night sky as far as the eye can see.
It was also the chosen home of a Purple Dragon known as Ulhm, who would also live among the humanoids as the town's doctor: Ulmer.
