Vulpine (Player Race)
Vulpine are a race of small or medium sized fox humanoids, that are broken down into three separate subraces depending on the climate.

Racial Features
Ability Score Increase: +2 to CHA, and +1 to DEX, CON, or WIS based on subrace.
Age: While Vulpine reach adulthood at 15 they have an average life span of about 115 years but can live to be over 130 years but be considered old.
Alignment: Depends on subrace, but generally tends to lean more chaotic.
Size: The average Vulpine is 3-5 feet tall weighing from 15 to 50 pounds in weight.
Speed: Vulpine have a movement speed of 30 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Keen Ears: You gain proficiency in the Perception skill checks that rely on hearing.
Languages. You speak Common and Sylvan.
Subraces
Vulpine have evolved based on what climate they originate in.
Vulpes Vulpine (Forest Fox, i.e. red fox)
Ability Score Increase: When you choose this subrace, you gain a +2 to CHA and +1 to DEX
Swift foot: When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Pass with out Trace spell once with this trait; you regain the ability to cast it when you finish a long rest.
Artic Vulpine
Ability Score Increase: When you choose this subrace, you gain a +2 to CHA and +1 to CON
Frostfur. Your thick hide gives you resistance to cold damage.
Desert Vulpine
Ability Score Increase: When you choose this subrace, you gain a +2 to CHA and +1 to WIS
Shapechanger. As an action, you can change your appearance and your voice. You determine the specifics of the changes, including your coloration and hair length. You can also adjust your height and weight, but not so much that your size changes. You can make yourself appear as a member of another race, though none of your game statistics change. You can't duplicate the appearance of a creature you've never seen, and you must adopt a form that has the same basic arrangement of limbs that you have. Your clothing and equipment aren't changed by this trait.
You stay in the new form until you use an action to revert to your true form or until fall unconscious. You may only use this trait once per long rest.
