Dogwin is a dogfolk wizard from Loontown, an Isonhound village made up entirely of different species of beastfolk. He works there as a professor at the University of Nyxeros (originally established as a school for beastfolk, but now accepts all races, although beastfolk still make up the majority). He is particularly close with four of his students: Lizardora, a lizardfolk cleric, Hoot, an owlfolk paladin, Guerilla, a monkeyfolk bard, and Sprinter, a cheetahfolk artificer.
Physical Appearance
He is a three-foot tall anthropomorphic miniature schnauzer. He has gray fur, dark eyes, and is usually seen wearing his pointy wizard's hat that is almost as tall as he is. He often wears dark robes with cartoonish stars on them and carries a staff.
Personality
Dogwin is a mischievous trickster who likes for people to underestimate him. He's good-hearted, however, and likes for his pranks to provide entertainment, not cause harm. He's known as a bit of an oddball eccentric at the University, but a good teacher nonetheless.
History
He was born and raised in Loontown, surrounded by other beastfolk like him. He displayed magical talents at an early age, and immediately began using his powers for pranks and jokes. As a teenager, he travelled around the world to learn more about other civilizations, but ended up returning home and settling down as a Professor of Wizardry. He has done a great deal of research into the plane of Bearovia, and how to prevent extraplanar threats from travelling through to Quelmar.
Powers and Abilities
Dogwin is particularly fond of illusion, conjuration, and transmutation, although he has knowledge and skills in almost all schools of magic.
