Novisk City - also later known as Server City - was a prominent Bremish city in the CR era. The city was well known as a hub for science and technology, entering the era with a strong tradition of industry and production. It would go on to become a mostly subterranean settlement, digging deep into the surrounding mountains in concrete bunkers following environmental disasters in the region.

Novisk emerged from the Fracturing of the Weave in a mostly advantageous position. Very little of its factories and infrastructure relied on magic, so once more it became central in efforts to rebuild the realm. Many of the large corporations continued to operate and expand in the region, now finding the island a lot easier to navigate and inhabit beyond the city limits. Communities across the island were developed and brought into the modern era, such as down south in the Kulma Islands.
Over the first century CR the city would help develop many technological advances, particularly in the area of electronics. The realms first modern computer systems would be developed at the University of Applied Sciences in 47 CR; a field that would rapidly take off. Robotics would also become a booming industry with the development of electronic Automs, without the need of magic or intricate, delicate clockwork.
An environmental disaster in 83 CR - stemming from a Dark Son Industries facility down south - caused the weather patterns in the region to become less predictable. Snow storms would seemingly appear out of nowhere, steadily getting worse as the years went on. By 150 CR, the whole island was mostly under constant winter conditions. An initiative to protect the city was put in place in 137 CR, with the construction of immense bunker-like structures in the nearby mountains.
In a multi-year long effort the city was slowly relocated fully underground in an ever expanding structure deep beneath the mountains. Even from their new location the city continued to be at the forefront of cybertech, leading the way in innovative hardware and software advancements. However, the dark corridors and tunnels could hide many an illegal operation; black market ripperdocs and netrunning halls sprang up away from prying eyes.
