Ugarat, also called "The Shining Star of the Seven Cities" (USSSC for short) is a large city located in Flaughtland, Pteris. Ugarat is the capital of a loosely linked set of cities, it isn't incorrect to call the USSSC a kingdom, with the other 6 cities all following the command that comes out of of Ugarat.

Around 740 PR, Ugarat was run by a charismatic and ecentric leader named Korranand the Great who had an unhealthy relationship with his dog Kazak who he worshiped and deemed of great importance to the state.
