Legendary, Wondrous Item, Requires Attunement
This rune glows with pale silver-blue light, its etched lines drifting like moving mist across the surface of the dark metal blindfold. The air around it is cool and alive, and faint rumbles of thunder echo when it’s activated.
Properties
- Tailwind. Your movement speed increases by 10 feet, and you can Dash as a bonus action. While Dashing, you leave behind swirling trails of mist, and opportunity attacks against you are made with disadvantage until the start of your next turn.
- Light as Air. You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed for up to 10 minutes per long rest, which can be split into multiple uses of 1 minute each. While flying, faint wisps of cloud trail behind you.
- One with the Wind. As a bonus action, you can become one with the wind, teleporting up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see. When you reappear, a burst of wind explodes outward; each creature of your choice within 10 feet must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet and take 2d10 thunder damage.
- Inferno Imprint. When striking a metal or stone surface, the hammer can inscribe magical runes or sigils of fire without needing tools. These runes can store a single prepared fire spell (up to 3rd level), which can later be released without using a spell slot.
- Skybender. You can cast Levitate and Fog Cloud at will, without expending a spell slot. Once per long rest, you can cast Control Winds without material components.
