Hexiros is an Aarakocra Fighter/Monk.
Physical Appearance[edit | edit source]
Hexiros is a deep blue Aarakocra with black lines across the back of his feathers and a white chest. Looking at his face, you will see eyes that are a solid black with a short pointy beak. He is a little over 5ft tall weighing just under 100lbs. As part of his tradition of being a monk, he doesn't wear any armor and only dons basic travelers cloths that are fitting for an Aarakocra. He bares his sharp pointy talons rather than wearing boots.
Personality[edit | edit source]
A protector of their kin, Hexiros uses his martial prowess and mobility to defend his people from threats on the ground. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and experience, Hexiros travels the world, honing his skills while encountering different cultures and philosophies. Overall, Hexiros is peaceful and philosophical, seeking enlightenment through nature's lessons.
History[edit | edit source]
When Hexiros was just a young fledgling, his parents were killed. Before their death, his parents hid Hexiros under some brush. Some time later, a family of halflings came across a hungry baby Aarakocra and brought him into their family. He received the name Hexiros after the halfling's family named him after a noble dragon that once helped the halfling family. Hexiros now knows that this name is not a traditional Aarakocra name, but he keeps it to honor the family that saved him.
Once Hexiros reached 3, his halfling family sent him to a monastery to learn and study to help others. By the age of 5, Hexiros left the monastery to go back to visit his hafling family. Upon reaching the house where he was raised, he discovered the family to be missing. Through investigation, it looked like the family was taken against their will not long ago. Hexiros left to attempt to find his family and continues to look for clues for what happened to them.

Powers and Abilities[edit | edit source]
Being a monk, Hexiros uses his bare fists to defend himself. He can spend his ki points to add extra attacks, defend, or heal himself. Having learned to fight with the haflings, he learned the ways of a fighter and has stronger unarmed strikes than most monks.
Attacks and Weapons [edit | edit source]
While Hexiros carries a spear, he prefers to use unarmed strikes to more closely follow his monk traditions. His weapon rarely gets removed from its sheath unless he has a need to throw it. Hexiros' razor sharp talons are also available to use as weapons when needed. Hexiros also carries around a number of throwing darts if he needs to make attacks that are beyond his reach.
