The Deck of Many Things (Blessed/Cursed)

The Blessed and Cursed Decks of Many Things are a pair of wonderous items which bear resemblance to the infamous Deck of Many Things. As far as is known, only one pair exists and were created by taking two normal decks and separating the beneficial and detrimental magics of both into separate decks. The result is one deck that channels the positive effects of both decks, insuring a wonderous outcome, and one deck that channels the negative effects of both decks, insuring a horrendous outcome. Because the decks are linked, they must remain near one another (within 100 miles) or they lose their effects until they are reunited. While many of the effects present in the deck are identical to a normal deck, they also seem to have new, more extreme outcomes echoing their nature as aberrant constructs of good and evil. The decks look identical and cannot be identified as either deck unless drawn from.
