Ugarat, also called "The Shining Star of the Seven Cities" (USSSC for short) is a large city located in Flaughtland, Pteris. Ugarat is the capital of a loosely linked set of cities, it isn't incorrect to call the USSSC a kingdom, with the other 6 cities all following the command that comes out of of Ugarat.

Around 740 PR, Ugarat was run by a charismatic and ecentric leader named Korranand the Great who had an unhealthy relationship with his dog Kazak who he worshiped and deemed of great importance to the state.
That same week, the ministers of the city were targeted by a mental attack, documented in SotS Inciting Incident: Ministry Mind Manipulation in Ugarat.
