== Physical Appearance ==
Luna is on the small size- both height and weight. A lifetime of malnutrition would obviously stunt one's growth. Since being freed from slavery she's put a little more meat on her bones, but most people would still call her scrawny. Her Dark brown hair and fur are both pretty long and shaggy- looking like she regularly trim it herself - but obviously she likes to keep it longer. Her heterochromia has always made her stand out - probably one of the reasons she survived long enough to be rescued - but it wasn't until she went through pilot academy that she realized that things at a distance aren't meant to be blurry blobs, and she now wears a simple pair of black framed glasses - the only part of her wardrobe that looks new. Most of her clothes look like hand-me-downs, scavenged, borrowed, or stolen.

== Personality ==
Luna is... Quiet to say the least. The first half of her life, her survival relied on looking cute, being useful, and not drawing attention. So she doesn't often have much to say. She has a deep fear of not being good enough, or not contributing enough to make up for the resources she consumes - As such, until recently she had been known to work herself to exhaustion while barely consuming enough food or water to keep herself going - but through plenty of positive reinforcement from Cpt. Dominguez - who she practically worships - and the other crew members she has begun taking better care of herself. She finds violence distasteful, and in combat she aims to be supportive of others - acting as a medic or mechanic while on foot, or piloting her almost purely support mech that specializes in repairing and protecting her comrades... As for interacting with the other crew mates, she's been slowly coming out of her shell and trying to actually make friends.

Luna... Doesn't actually know when she was born... Her age is a guesstimate of somewhere around 23? The only person in her life who actually cared about the day of her birth was her mother, who she was taken from the moment she was weaned, and allegedly didn't survive much long after - her last few children having been undersized she was no longer of value - Her tail was one of the many on Luna's master's walls.. She never even knew which one it was... 

From the moment she was born, she was nothing but a possession. She had nothing for herself, only what her master allowed her to have. She had no real name, just a number for a large portion of her life. She was only given a name when her Master had taken a liking to her. Of course, being seen as one of the males she had very little value as much more than a laborer... But her master thought she was cute as a pup, and her feminine bearing and unique eyes managed to score her enough points to be taken as a pet with the name "Luna."

Just because she was taken into her master's home, did not mean her life was easy. Her value was directly linked to her appearance and her usefulness. So she did her best to mimic the female pets and made up the difference by doing as many chores as possible. There were only two others in the house that she'd been close to; her older siblings Bravo who was kept as a "songbird", his purpose being to play the piano and fill the master's home with beautiful music and his twin sister Tango the dancer meant to simply be eye candy, dancing to her brother's music. The two of them after realizing they all had the same mother took her under their wing and did their best to help her survive.


But, in the end she was the only one who survived to see their master's death. She knew nothing of what was going on outside of the palace. She could only hear the explosions, the screams... The thunderous steps of the mechs outside shook the palace walls... And then dust, rubble.... The wall had exploded, throwing her to the ground, ears ringing as she struggled to focus.

“W-what? But the drill, it neve-” she managed to make out her master stammering.

“Who told you I needed the drill?” The intruder said as he approached the throne, walking past her barely giving her a second look as her master's gun fired thrice, the bullets hitting their target but having no visible effect - Luna couldn't help the awe on her face as she watched the man  “The drill is good for planet busting. Mass murder jobs. I’m only here for you.” He walks up the steps and lines up his axe with her master's neck “Any parting words?”

“You… you’ll pay for this!” Her master stammered with an emotion to his voice she'd never heard before this day. Was... was he afraid??

“No, I won’t.” The man stated as his axe effortlessly sliced through her master's neck, and effortlessly lifted his head like a trophy. The image was grotesque, terrifying, like some god of war come to earth to punish a sinner... And then as if filled with disgust, he tossed the head away like it was nothing. The head of the monster who had ruled her life with fear, killed so many of her kin like they were nothing but cattle was rolling down the stairs in front of the throne... And then the man turned towards her and the remaining kin - the ones in this room her mast-... her ex-master's favorite slaves... And he looked on them with an expression that was hard for them to understand... Kindness... Care... Softness... and his axe cut through their chains as easily as it had their ex-master's neck.

To call it hero worship was an understatement. This man was like an angel descending from the heavens to slaughter a monster and save them all... And she hoped to one day be able to help others in the way he did... Liberate slaves, and allow them to have lives like he gifted  her... And as such, she went off to a mostly uneventful pilot training where she fell in love with the Lancaster style frame, and designed her first mech; R3X.

== R3X ==
R3X is a heavily modified Lancaster, who Luna has had since she'd first earned her own licenses. She has taken care of this mech as if it were a living creature, meticulously cleaning and caring for it after every deployment. On the Silver Lining she doesn't let the menials care for him, as he is hers. Every modification done to him has been with the intent of making him a walking fortress of a guard dog, the smoke and flames billowing from his joints helping to obscure any allies around him. His armor plates extending past his frame to be able to use as cover by his compatriots. So much care, so much personalization, and so much love poured into this mech... It was always as if he had had a life of his own... Until he actually came to life. Luna still has no idea how he developed his NHP, but it was not intentional on her part, and she is not complaining in the slightest... Although she does feel a little guilty for building him so massive now...
