|''Before the Fracturing of the Weave, there were six Mortal villages in an Isonhound forest with close ties to the local Fae. The Fracture displaced the Fae - but eventually, they were able to establish a spot where once a year, a barrier could be lifted to allow a few beings to cross. The Fae began a tradition of inviting one Mortal from each village, selected for their bravery or nobility, to visit the Feywild. This has gone on for several years - and now, it’s your turn.''
