== Physical Appearance and Personality ==
In her present form, Ssaskah has the torso of a human and the tail of a snake. Ssaskah serves her self first, and then the empire. She acknowledges the practical benefits of working with—and manipulating—lesser species like humans. When not attempting to build apparent trust, she doesn't hide her superiority.

==History==
Ssaskah was born a yuan-ti pureblood, able to blend in reasonable well among human societies. For years, she manipulated situations in human towns to the favor of the empire, poisoning alliances with her with and her sorcery. Through recent dealings, and many favors, she found someone who could cast Wish and grant what she thought was the first stop on the way to becoming her perfect self. She asked to be made a night whisperer, but the transformation was imperfect. She has taken on a snake tail, but much of her abilities remained the same. Her homeland questions the transformation, for it was not earned with the proper ritual. And now she cannot blend into the human societies she has come to know and manipulate so well. How can she best serve the empire in this for, if the empire rejects her? How can she best serve Dendar? And what are these twinges of emption, of doubt? 


Ssaskah traveled to the northern reaches of [[Isonhound]] for guidance, seeking the magical wish-granting vehicle known only as "the Wagon" which traverses the Frost Spire. Here, she made some unlike friends—including a wizard's cat familiar—and learned of an abandoned Yuan-Ti temple in the nearby region. 


Ssaskah thought this could be her salvation. She spent almost two years mapping out the temple, and slowly building alliances in the region to supply the temple. She could almost feel her power growing, when she was suddenly magicked to the [[The BackHalls|BackHalls]]. Could she seriously just not catch a break?

As an aberrant mind sorcerer, Ssaskah can touch the minds with her psionic power. When not using her wit and tongue to manipulate a situation, she prefers to use mind-bending magics, creating images and feelings that cripple her opponents. She also carries an hulusi, which she plays as yet another way to charm those around her.
