== Combatants ==
The Battle was a free-for-all to gain control of the all powerful [[The Crown of Empyrosis|Crown of Empyrosis]] which was responsible for all the damage. 

Unfortunately for the combatants, the crown had the home-turf advantage as it quickly immolated the church grounds, swiftly hazing the stonework into meshes of lava and flame. The Crown also summoned creatures of fire to assist in protecting itself as both the good forces of the city and the evil forces of [[Bane]] attempted to get their hands on the crown. 

== Result ==
The Battle took a took for the better when the bugbear [[Grindseed]] knocked the crown off of the head it was currently sitting on, temporarily dissipating its power, allowing the witch [[Edna]] to grab the crown and stuff it in a pot as the winners flew away on the back of a [[Lyreguard]] griffon.
