Inhabitants of the Elemental Plane of Water, topaz dragons make only occasional visits to the Material Plane, opting for remote shorelines or underwater caverns as their terrestrial havens. Despite their aquatic realm, they ensure their lairs remain arid.

Fond of basking on rocky ledges battered by the ocean's fury, these creatures relish the assault of the elements.
