airships
airships were the earliest and later the most common form of air travel, having become prominent in the mid PR era. Unmagical airships often required large amounts of hot air or another lightweight gas, while magically artificed crafts would often have Runes, Wovenstone, or another enchantment that aided in their flight.
Sixer
A Sixer was a strategic battleship crafted towards the end of The War of Many Names, meant to have as much maneuverability as a dragon's wings, but with enough Caeruleam to outrace a dragon. Bosworth was one known pilot of Sixers, which were originally developed at the Kistonian Institute of Strange Studies, Bosworth's plane was named the Wings of Fate, a name given by bard Lorna.
