Echemus is the Crystal Moon Dragon son of Eros, and the ascended son who took his father's post in the reunited ruby court of Sardior.
History
On his last flight back to Quelmar from the moon, he became delirious on the long trip, making him vulnerable and susceptible to ambush. He was collected by cultists, which made him more corrupted and crazy after being experimented on by cultists of The One That Waits (Specifically the faction calling themselves the Cult of Att-Annalo).
While mentally infected with moon madness, fought against Lindwurms and players, eventually soothed and returned to the Lunarans, who sang him to sleep with lullabys and stories.
After being drained and worked on, he's learned a bit more of the One That Waits and his goals, as well as the nebulous nature of his power.
