Thaer is a small pocket Plane that exists on the fringes of Quelmar's cosmology. Existing outside normal reality, Thaer was only accessible by powerful forces such as The Curator.

Thear appeared to be a small village with 15 citizens. It was also the chosen home of a Purple Dragon known as Ulhm
