An Iron Horse is a precursor to the Train, a clockwork mechanism fueled more by magic than steam.
History
The first Iron Horse (billed as "The Miraculous Perturb Iron Horse") was invented by Mila Perturb in the mid 740s PR and originally commissioned for Korranand the Great, leader of The Seven Cities, in order to streamline trade between the populations, who were more closely connected, and sometimes considered one big kingdom. During its maiden voyage, however, tragedy struck when an attack by The Council of Wrath led to Korranand the Great's dog, Kazak, being killed in an on-rails battle. The vehicle itself sustained very little damage, and the trip was a complete success otherwise.
