About:

Knead Bread? is the family owned bakery by brothers Owen and Walter Fatuin. Upon Walter's, death, Owen became the sole owner of the bakery and currently runs it with his two daughters, Willa and Wynne. Hektor Fatuin (Walter Fatuin's son) has been known to step foot a few times into the bakery, but rarely since the death of his father.

Hours of Operation:

We open before the sun comes up and close before the sun goes down. Here at Knead Bread, we understand bread emergencies can arise at any time of day. In the event that we are close during your baked food crisis, please do not panic. Owen Fatuin lives just a few blocks away and always keeps his emergency stash fresh.

• Wynne Bun - Pineapple Buns baked to perfection. Best served fresh out of the oven. Normally ready around mid-day.

  

• Willa Tarts - Mouthwatering fruit tart with strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi on top. Available most days until supplies lasts.

• Hektor Puff Pastry - Delicious puff pastry filled with a mystery filling each days. Local favorites are apricot, raspberry, honey, and peach. Best served hot. Available from morning to whenever we run out.

• Owen Cakes - Melt-in-you-mouth bite sized cakes that are lemon poppyseed flavored with a bit of lemon glaze on top. Best served warm out of the oven. Swing by past mid-day to get one. These always go fast!

• Walter Cake - A beautiful and delicate chiffon cake baked to pristine delight. Topped with a Fatuin secret recipe for the sweetest strawberry topping. Only one is made a week. Sold by the slice.
