The Mother's Day Riots were a conflict that emerged in Ahol in 1010 PR after an operation by the streetgang known as The Neighbours took a sideways turn.
Attempting to stall the parade and sneak onto one of the city's emergency vehicles being used as part of the procession, the Neighbours tried to summon a ghost, instead, they rippled the Ghost Field, unleashing an unknown number of specters onto the city's streets.
The result was the distraction they needed, but it plunged the city into momentary chaos, making life harder for gangs and citizens alike.
