About
As someone with a quarter-elf blood, quarter-human blood, and half-gnome blood, Tolme's tall and short heritage managed to work themselves out, making him an average height, human-looking individual, perhaps with slightly peculiar ears.
History
In 825 PR Tolme was well underway with a secret project done in conjunction with artificers and librarians from Gammelgard and Synàra.
