Wendigo are monstrous creatures who once lived normal lives in Quelmar, before becoming infected with the Wendigo disease.

About

The flesh on Wendigo tends to decay and fall off over time, leaving them with their skulls exposed.

Cure

It is said that the rare Grey Umaorchid can be grown into an antidote that stops Wendigo disease from setting in when given to anyone who had been bitten or scratched by one. The natural cause of Wendigo disease (cannibalism) can only be stayed by keeping well fed when in cold weather.
