Angels are the celestial and divine servants of good aligned gods and inhabitants of the Upper Planes. They are the antithesis to fiends.
Physical Appearance
Angels can vary in appearance depending on the god they serve, but most are known for possessing feathered wings, halos, and golden eyes.
Creation
Angels are not born but rather created by a God or a more powerful angel. They are made to be loyal servants and caretakers of the Upper Planes.
Realm
Angels inhabit the Upper Planes of Quelmar and in the divine realm of their creator gods. Most angels reside in Mt. Celestia, realm of the gods of goods and where the Creator Gods hold council. Here they are governed by the Twelve Archangels of Creations.
Fallen Angels
While they were created to be the perfect servants, angels are not immune to temptation. Those who commit minor offenses are exiled to the Material Realm for a period of time before they can be allowed to return, but those who commit major offenses are banished to the Lower Planes to become fiends.
Powers like the Ten Hells take advantage of these strict laws by tempting angels so that they can fall and be turned into powerful devils.

At the pinnacle of angels are the Twelve Archangels, the first angels created by the Creator Deities and who created the rest of angel kind.
