Physical Appearance[edit | edit source]
Cecil is a 28 year old human with faintly elven features. He stands at 5'11.5 (6' and half an inch in his boots) with brown eyes and hair. He's often seen wearing elaborate, multicolored cloaks, fine rings, and handmade boots.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Cecil has wandered across Quelmar for many years, practicing in both the courtly and culinary arts. He's relatively aloof, but loves a good party. He's a patron and scholar of the fine arts--with a particular passion for harpsichord music. He's an aspiring chef, hoping to start a restaurant in Ravel, on property he purchased from the Bremmer Bank. While his food is delicious, he never dines with his guests, preferring instead to play host from the kitchen.
Cecil is a very mannerly chap, trained for many years in the customs of etiquette, accepting and declining social invitations, and discussing art and rhetoric. He is also a reputed rake and notorious flirt. His roomates in the Balabag bastion have marked his comings and goings at all hours of the night.

Cecil hails from a wealthy family in the northeast of Osugbo. While his travels have taken him far from home, he still enjoys living in Osugbo the best.

Cecil is an accomplished swordsman with elite training that allows him to strike twice as fast as a normal humanoid. His swordsmanship allows him to weave
Attacks and Weapons [edit | edit source]
Cecil wields a double-edged Rapier that's been handed down through his family over generations. He had the sword sharpened and refined by his friend Enrik in Balabag.
