Sergeant Nikoli was a human soldier in the army of the Delvin, stationed outside of the ruined town of Brene. While they did hold the title of sergeant, they were young and inexperianced, only holding the position as their previous commanding officer had been eaten by demons. They gave refuge in their camp to the soldiers sent from the Delvin to recover Don Diego and informed them of Don Diego's capture at the hands of Steelhand soldiers. But when Sergeant Nikoli joined the soldiers on their attack of the Steelhand dwarves' stone juggernaut, he was killed at the start of the battle by the LaCroix Nightbringer, Cordelia LaCroix.
