The Levinkan is an ancient title, passed down from generation to generation for thousands of years. Though historically the Levinkan ruled the entire continent named for him; in modern times whoever holds the title of the Levinkan is deemed the ruler of East Levinkan only.

Most scholars understand that "Levinkan" roughly translate to "Lightning-King" in older tongues. The legends of the Levinkan that have survived prehistory claim that the original ruler of the continent conjured up an immense storm that flipped the world upside down. After the world reoriented, the king found himself known for his unbelievable power over storms, taking on the title of the Levinkan.
Citadel of the Levinkan[edit | edit source]
The Levinkan resides in the capital of East Levinkan, Zobeck. The massive citadel of the Levinkan sits on a hillside that overlooks the entire city, and is host to many luxuries such as an in-house bar and a museum.
Levinkan Citadel Forces[edit | edit source]
The Levinkan also has complete command over a small army which is stationed at his citadel. Though not the official city militia of Zobeck, nor the national guard of the Levinkan continent, these citadel forces are versatile and take on many roles depending on the needs or desires of the Levinkan himself. These are not to be confused with the Lightning-Kin.
The Mystics' Council[edit | edit source]
The Mystics Council are a collection of scriers and researchers, many of which have psionic abilities, who serve under the Levinkan and operate out of his citadel.
