At some point between the prehistoric Ruby Court's collapse and modern history, Tuschello died. However, being a psionic entity linked intricately with death, his soul continued to float happily among the sea of souls.

When interrupted and asked to return by the heroes of the realm looking to resurrect the court, Tuschello.

After much pleading, he agreed to place a shard of his essence into a [[Tear of Sardior]] which could then be used by another Topaz related creature to take his place, that creature ultimately being [[Delphi]]
