Guns (proper handheld pistol-like weaponry) were invented sometime in the 600s PR.
Types of Guns[edit | edit source]
Pre-Gun Guns[edit | edit source]
- The Penderlock, famed weapons of the Draconic Crusades of The Friends of Kragnux, was considered a gun by some, though it was primarily a magic weapon, firing arcane energies and not necessarily projectiles.
- Cheshire's Hand Cannons were alchemically based firearms given to some of his creations, notably the Cheshire Orcs.
Gun Guns[edit | edit source]
- The Arquebus was a long gun that was available to armies sometime around the The War of the Forged in the 600s-700s PR. While a vintage model, Arquebuses were still being used at the very beginning of The War of Many Names.
Post-Gun Guns[edit | edit source]
In the Alpha Complex, traditional bullet based guns were called "Slugthrowers", and were considered inferior to the Laser Pistols which were standard issue among the police and criminals alike.
Gunslingers[edit | edit source]
- Charne
- Opponents of Creel Stusher, the monk whose last words inspired the Guns Kill People Foundation in 1250 PR.
