Nailed to the mast is a list of rules:
1) By boarding the boat you must join the crew.
2) If a crew member betrays the group the punishment is death.
3) All crew members must have equal portions of loot.
4) Never harm the innocent.
5) All deals/trades are final and must be carried out to the fullest extent of ones ability.
anyone that disobeys a rule shall be put to death by rule of the majority.

The first mate was named Raritan, after her home town of Raritan.

The ship originally belonged to Aesop the Kitsune.
It was ambushed by The Green Stag on one voyage on the Hypoborea River, near the Cave of the North Wind. The bones of the Stag would later be used to decorate the ship.
After the slaying of the Black Dragon Thymor'ala, the bones of the dead dragon were adorned onto the NoSink.
