Rooney is an Aarakocra Ranger and a member of the team who, in the year 245 BR, helped to recover the battleaxe known as Karavox, a powerful weapon which played a vital role in ending the first Infernal Emergence. His tribe initially avoided conflict with Devils for the first few decades of the Infernal Emergence by taking to the skies.
