What to bring:

  • If you have a small folding chair or stool, bring it. We are trying to stock all 5 tables with comfy seats but not all the stools on site are super comfy.
  • Your Character's Sheet
  • Your Character's Mini (Especially if you have a borrowed one, this will be the game to return it)
  • Your second Character's sheet if you have a second character in the wing.
  • Any Guild Pins that you want to proudly wear
  • Money for Pizza ($5 buy in for the pizza dinner break)
  • Any snacks and drinks you want to have on site. Feel free to bring extra for sharing with your teammates!

How to Get a Long Rest:

Not the real Bingo, but Close Enough

There is only one long rest in this megagame, and it is 100% dependent on how dramatic and cinematic the game goes. The FINAL Bingo can be checked off by a number of super dramatic events, such as killing Towie or having 5 PCs die.

Upon the first BINGO achieved, everyone in the session will get their Long Rest. This means you should burn your resources more and more as the Bingo appears to be imminent, as you can not bank your long rest for later, and if you didn't spend your long-rest resources, it will be less useful to you.

Phase 1: Preparations (1:00-4:30 PM)

Phase 1 involves 5 discrete tables undergoing their own trials and tribulations on the road to the Ceremony. This phase is a mixture of locked-in tables (like August) and Table Jumping tables (like January). The breakdown is as follows:

  1. Kyle's Table - Can not be left once joined. For experienced players only. Seats 6.
  2. Dave's Table - Can not be left once joined. For experienced players only. Seats 6.
  3. James' Table - Starts with no way of leaving, but "table jumping" can be unlocked (see below). Seats 7.
  4. John's Table - Starts with no way of leaving, but "table jumping" can be unlocked (see below). Seats 6.
  5. Patrick's Table - Can jump between John, James, and Patrick, provided players can grab a ship and escape from the horrors in time. This opens up a line of safety/security between those three tables as players can table hop if/when they need to get away. Seats up to 8.

Phase 2: The Ceremony (5:30-8:30 PM)

Phase 2 unlocks all tables for table-hopping, shortly after the conclusion of Phase 1 (separated by a Pizza party!), this phase will begin the ceremony (as marked on the Bingo card) and involves taking the successful steps of the ceremony at all 5 tables enough times to finish the resurrection of Sardior. The breakdown is as follows:

  • Kyle's Table - Protecting and Reading the Amethyst Tome
  • Dave's Table - Protecting and Heating the Emerald Blade
  • James' Table - Protecting and Securing the Corundum Egg
  • John's Table - Protecting and Securing the Topaz Astrolabe
  • Patrick's Table - Protecting and Securing the Crystal Moonwell
