This location was designed to be politically and socially, although not technologically, similar to the Regency era. Ideal for politicking, marrying, dueling, and looking down on the lower classes. Family comes first and marriage is a business. Dueling Fops of Vindamere and Good Society are great games for this location.
About
In the early 300s BR, Whimbrel is essentially a collection of several separate municipalities: a small city surrounded by several towns in the Levinkan monarchy. It is managed by multiple noble families who live in the area, including the de Carlyle family.
