The Gutter Throne is the Abyssal realm of the Demon Lord [[Ozythra]]. Its landscapes are built not of stone, but of swollen organs, boiling skins, and slick rivers of acidic bile that carve paths through mountains of rotting tissue. In the heart of this grotesque realm looms the throne itself, a monumental structure of bone, sinew, and stitched-together monstrosities. From this seat, Ozythra reigns as both mother and architect of horrors, birthing endless chimeric abominations from the flesh of her domain and casting them into the realm of Quelmar to spread her corruption. Demons of this realm are chimeric abominations of different monsters, twisted and mutated. |

The Gaping Maw is said to be the 88th level of the Abyss, though it fluctuates up and down the various planes of chaos. Notably, The Gaping Maw is the home plane of Demogorgon, one of the Demon Lords of the Abyss. He resides in a massive dual-skull kingdom known as "The Screaming Jungle".
