Rocky is very introverted. He usually doesn't have much to say at all. However, what he lacks in speaking ability, he makes up for in character. Rocky is loyal to a fault. He never leaves Tordek's side even in the most chaotic of situations. He stands as an inspiration to many and is a vital member of any party.
