The Curse of Perpetual Darkness is an uncommon occurrence across Quelmar.
About
Perpetual Darkness typically takes the form of a gloom (whether optical or physical) that covers the sky around an area. Unlike typical magic darkness, it is permanent, blocking out all daylight from the cursed area.
