Abishai are unique devils created by the souls of dragons or dragon worshippers in the Ten Hells. They can most notably be found in Duumal and Malbolge

Many still claim loyalty to the dragon goddess Tiamat and work to bring about her mission, even in the Hells.
The draconic devil Delphyne would command a number of Abishai in Malbolge after her ascension to becoming an archdevil.
