Bhedum Soovij s a Lawful Neutral-Aligned Loxodon First-Year General Studies Student at Deroulex's Select Conservatory of the Arcane. Since, without a trunk, his name is noticeably hard to pronounce, he often refers to himself by the name "Rampart", which is the closest translation of their name in Common. He is a massive history buff, and can often be found reading into or recounting the tales of historical battles of the past. He also uses this strategical memory well in Dragonchess, commanding pieces like a true general.

Rampart had a minor appearance in the minor-RP-event "All Hallow's Eve," where he dressed up as one of Lorehold's Spirit Statue mascots.
His first main-story appearance was in "Frog's The Word," where he did not participate as a racer, but was responsible for smuggling all ten frogs into the Cafe by using his costume. After the attack happened, he was interrogated by some of the party members to try and figure out what was going on, where he confessed that he was the one who collected the frogs, but he didn't give them the spiked fruit punch or put them in the costumes, the latter being Grayson's job.
His next appearance was in "Work Hard, Play Harder," where he was was not present in the tavern for when the Spicy-Steam Mephits attacked due to being underage. He was, however, recruited to fight off the Grease-Fire Elemental with Blova, working in tandem with her to put out most of the fires in the kitchen to the best of their ability, however, it was too little too late. He came out of the incident uninjured, but feeling a bit worse for wear mentally.
