Nimeth Firbolgs
The oldest race of firbolgs, the Nimeth, resemble massive ginger lumberjacks, with viking beards that drop down half their height. The Looking Glass Knight is an example of a Nimeth Firbolg.
Shawnwood Firbolgs
The Shawnwood firbolgs differ greatly from their Nimeth predecessors, with skins of various hues and colors, and no defining beards. These firbolgs have furry ears, and tend to fall into druidic professions and lifestyles.
Pumatan Firbolgs
Sometimes also called "Bovine Firbolgs", these firbolgs are somewhat cow-like, having long, floppy, pointed ears and broad, pink noses on their faces. They are often covered in thick fur that ranges from earthy colors like browns and reds to cool colors such as grays and blues.
Lifestyle
A nature-based, free-spirited peoples, firbolgs lead a simple lifestyle. They tend to be isolated from the rest of the world, living in tight-knit tribes or clans in the mountains or wilderness. They are rarely seen in common society, preferring to spend their days in quiet harmony with the woods. Though peaceful, when provoked, firbolgs demonstrate formidable skills with weapons and druidic magic.
