History
Ramad's Efreet mother left the baby at his father's hut doorway, with the name Ramad pinned to his swaddling. She shows up unpredictably to see what's going on with them when she feels impulsive curiosity to do so.
Facing rejection from his tribe, Ramad's father sent him to live with a tribe of nomadic Tortles with whom he had a good trading relationship.
