The Protectors of the People are an organization of adventures and those who look to better their communities through defeating threats to the people and through their many charity works.

Organization
The Protectors of the People is organized into Nine separate sects, each with their own purpose and goals. Each sect is led by a member of the Protectors of the People's leading council.
The Claws

- Council Seat: Hugo Clarion
- Mission Statement: The job of The Claw is to handle the wet work for the Protectors of the People. We keep our blades sharp and our minds sharper in order to defend the innocents from those who would seek to cause them harm. We must be willing to do whatever needs to be done in order to keep the land safe and free.
- Current Endeavors:
- Investigating and exterminating the Coven of the Shadow Lord
- Investigating and slaying those on the PotP Threat List
- Additional Members:
- Melkin - An older Half-Elf arcane fighter trying to make up for the sins of his past.
- Drugar - A young Dwarven barbarian pit fighter who wishes to give back to his community.
- Sizzle - A strange Kenku rogue who wishes to take down the establishment.
- Eladia - A Triton Cleric of Twilight of former nobility who escaped the oppression of her underwater kingdom and family.
The Eyes and Ears

- Mission Statement: We are focused on gaining information relevant to the goals of the guild and the people. We spread information to gain allies with the common folk while keeping our senses shark to see who else knows about the Protectors of the People and what people are saying about it.

The Heart

- Council Seat: Drang
- Mission Statement: We represent the steadfast moral compass of the guild, and the needs of the common people. The Heart will help resolve internal issues within the guild and with the other guild sects.

The Hoard
- Council Seat: Markoth Dawnborn
- Mission Statement: The Hoard of the People will gather and track equipment that all members of the POTP can use to further the the cause. It is also the job of the Hoard to track the amount of money the guild possesses and to plan future projects, as well as make sure the guild's monthly fee's are paid off.

The Mind

- Mission Statement: The Mind of the People is the research and development department for the Protectors of the People. We maintain the records of the guild to support, guide and enable further learning and knowledge both within and without the members of the PotP. In addition. The Mid works to further projects with the end goal of removing the 'necessity' of leadership.

- Mission Statement: We come to the defense and protection of the people. We strive to prevent or decrease harm that may come as well as to repair the destruction caused by attacks from both man and beast. We additionally work to teach the people in the ways of medicine and healing energies.

The Tail

- Mission Statement: It is our job to help clean up messes left behind by others and to lend assistance to any guild members who need help with tasks. The Tail takes on the tasks that need doing that no one else cares to rise to the occasion to do, and to make sure that the secrets of the Protectors of the People stay safe.

The Wings

- Council Seat: Airavata
- Mission Statement: The Wings keep a dragon aloft, a way to escape, a way to move. The Wings of the People perform a service of teaching agricultural self-sufficiency. It was said “It’s hard to have corrupt leaders when you don’t need leaders” and as such, we strive to reach out and teach the people how to plow, sow, and harvest for themselves so they made feed, trade, and barter. I also dedicate the time and attention to be sure they know how to defend their field from thieves and animals.
