Paarthurnax is a Kistonian red dragon. He was a childhood friend of Presidith, and people often mistook one for the other. However, these friends split ways, purportedly due to creative differences. Others report that Presidith left Paarthurnax because he reeked of rhubarb after undergoing puberty.
It is later discovered that Paarthurnax (Paarthie) resides inside the crystal city and hoards away health potions. He and Presidith had a brief encounter where Presidith attempted to lure Paarthurnax out with a health potion concocted "on the spot". This was an ill-received gift and was soon sniffed out to be a fake. Paarthie returned to his hoard only to find the fated five fighting off another red dragon. He acted quickly to destroy the five but a world breaker appeared forcing even the most brave of dragons to flee. After a considerable amount of time passed, Paarthie returned to his hoard only to find it significantly less than before.

Paarthurnax was created live during Session 7 of It Came from Kiston. Lorna's player misspoke while talking to Presidith, and DM James played it off as canon. This page was made by those in the Twitch chat.
