An elven enchanter and novelist who has been “close to retirement” for many years. His work focuses primarily on enchanted objects and treasures of old, and their prevalence in mythology. He’s written numerous monographs on the cultural role of enchanted items. Additionally, his theories on the nature of enchantment and its particular effects on locations and spaces are widely cited among academic discussions of the subject across Quelmar.
