Amanda-Y-UNG was a troubleshooter (AND MUTANT) who worked in the Alpha Complex. Amanda worked for the Armed Forces at the complex.
Amanda was described as "plain looking, with short red hair" who did not talk very much. She likes to make eye contact with people. Very intense eye contact.
Amanda had a special skill to Be Heard over Laser Fire in Rooms with Vats. This was exceptionally handy because Amanda's registered mutant power was Empathy, allowing her to have a moderate amount of mind control over anyone she used her powers on who could hear her.
Amanda was once so drunk on power that she convinced half her team that she herself WAS Friend Computer.
Amanda ended the campaign with 2 robotic cyborg arms.
Amanda's final act was to kill James the Beholder, the beholder that was in charge of the ⮞Get Submodule program.
