Centaurs are a race of noble half-horse folk. They were created by Obad-Hai as one of the Original Six races to be put on Quelmar.

At one point, they were the dominant native species on the Kiston isle of Ossuary.

- Lith the Crispy Centaur, folk hero from the Ilroch Herd of Isonhound.
